Unless other arrangements have been made, all orders are to be placed by:
12pm Saturday for pick-up/delivery on Monday
12pm Monday for pick-up/delivery on Tuesday
No orders/deliveries Wednesday
12pm Tuesday for pick-up/delivery on Thursday
12pm Thursday for pick-up/delivery on Friday
12pm Friday for pick-up/delivery on Saturday
No orders/deliveries Sunday
If you elect to place an order by telephone and reach voicemail, please include your account name, your order, delivery or pickup day being requested, and a number where you can be reached. We will call you back with a confirmation of your order. Advanced notice on orders is appreciated. We do our best to accommodate late orders and sometimes have product overflow available for immediate needs.

Q: What if my business is not open during your delivery hours?
A: We have several solutions to this scenario, feel free to contact us so we can find one for you!
Q: What if I prefer to pickup?
A: You are welcome to pickup your orders at our storefront, 2025 SE 11th Ave, during business hours.
Q: What are billing policies/How do I pay?
A: You are provided an invoice with every delivery (or pickup) and receive billing statements on Mondays. You may pay by cash or by check. Please contact for more information.
Q: What times do you deliver?
A: Delivery Availability (Hours): Mon-Sat, 6am-2pm. Special arrangements can be made if your business operates outside of these hours. Please contact for more information.
Q: Can you follow my recipe/design a special bread for me? Do you make (such-and-such…?)
A: Bread is a big passion here at Alessio's! If you have a unique specialty bread need we're happy to indulge. We can work out samples based on your specifications, recipe, or example.
